good work... aluminium sheets used for making this ? what is the material of the ribs used ? is it wood pieces ?

Its steel sheets ...and the ribs are also made of steel and the holder which holds it is from an old satelite dish

How did you bend the pipes and what is your formula please disclose

I have another dish which is almost 6 feet ..i took the dimensions from it ...i put a aluminium strip on it and bend it according to the dish ...then i bend these pipes according to that strip and again i check it by putting it on my dish... it is not a bigdealbu can make your own....just remember few points ..the dish should be curved properly from all side....
