no dear bro, it's not so. those European beams are different. the currently missing TPs which were giving Tamil & Malayalam channels are from another TP.
Horizon TV Asia is a company that hired 2 TPs from this 70E Sat for their dth service to gulf countries aimed at the people from South India, Bangladesh & Srilanka in Gulf.
4 months back the Srilankan & Bangadesh channels were removed from their beam. So the TP used by Horizon in this Sat came down from 2 to 1.
Later some 3 or 4 malayalam channels started showing blankscreen. It was around 2 months back.
From yesterday onwards, that TP (11356V) is showing blank screen for all channels. (there is another TP available in south india from the same Sat : 11211 H, which contain only a single channel. that too, a religious channel only)
there is an info that Horizon TV Asia is stopping their dth service in this Sat. Yet to be confirmed officially, but still the incidents happening in the last 5 months are indicating a shutdown.
This will be big loss to the viewers of Malayalam & Tamil channels.
