Hai i activated DishTV connection DishTV d2h latest settop box model and now my plan expired , now I want chenge to d2h service in same box ,if possible pls explain procedure
Seeking Help How change DishTV to d2h in dishtv d2h settop box

You can't change satellite after Software installation. Now you have to call on CC. They will raise a relocation request and then technician will visit and they will change satellite. They will charge money for it.

Know your box :
it is a unified box. unified box helps DishTV india ltd to provide DTH service under brand names dishtv or d2h on same platform from unified broadcast station.
Brand name selection :
When you purchased DTH connection, you agreed to receive DTH service under brand name dishtv on CAF agreement as per your choice.
Your brand name selection has been selected durin first time installation at your place and you receives DTH service with dishtv user interface color and your pack selection.
brand name selection has restricted and authorisation is sole decision of company.
Satellite selection :
You are allowed to select satellite by placin your request.
If you are from South you will receive channels from ST2 satellite with dedicated packs.
If you are from North you will receive channels from SES8 satellite with dedicated packs.
Satellite selection will not affect your brand name selection & user interface color.
you can place your request for satellite migration as per your channels requirements on below number.
