Seeking Help How i can fix this issue (channel messing)

Since last few months my videocon connection annoys me.

some channels dont have any problem (Like Discovery world HD) . but lot of other channels mixed everywhere.
simply cant watch. i dont know what is the problem but i have did factory reset and satellite Scanning but always same.

look at this image Its should be fox life HD but i see ten 1 HD

Anybody can help me?

Its your STB fault...

Ask CC to repair or replace it...

If you are in warranty period it will be done free of cost...

i have no idea my stb changed few months back. Now this issue. Videocon hardware very poor

If it's not in the correct position then u won't be able to get any channels or signal so the problem is not of dish.

It's the problem of hardware only.

Ask the CC to replace it with 6666 RF or 2244 IR both are not having any problem.I am using 2244 IR.@Anup Tiwari bro is using 6666 RF he will tell u about that model.It doesn't have any problem as per me.

I have now used 2244 IR model for straight 3 years and never faced any type of issues.

To realign your dish you should ask CC they will send a technician for realigning.

can trees disturb signals? i saw coconut tree growing close to the satellite signal area

Yes trees or any other obstacles can make signal poor but it will affect on all channels not only for particular channels.

Difference between 2244 IR and RF is that in IR u can't use RF remote but in RF you can.2244 is one of the best STB of d2h.Call and complain CC your problem if possible talk to Senior executive.If they commands for replacement then you should ask for 6666 RF.As it is the top STB.2244 is second in case of quality.
