Seeking Help How to access Active windows in D2h v-5004 hd settopbox

How can i access active services menu on d2h v-5004 hd stb
I want to see active windows and want to play active games
I dont found any option to access active services
Whenever i press active button it lets active channel selection list also no option in menu

@DthXpert, IMO this model doesn't supports Active window.
