How to add TenHD in TataSky?

Hi,
In the coming few weeks, Ten network will broadcast major cricket series (Pak-NZ, SL-Eng, SA-WI). Hence, I wanted to add TenHD channel on a-la-carte basis.
However this channel is not listed in mytatasky.com website? :huh
How to add TenHD channel then & what will be price? I don't want to subscribe to 'sports2' pack.
