Adding channel through a-la-carte or adding a pack in SCV is easy now. Just make sure you have enough balance in your account. You can check this online by registering with your smart card number and your mobile number on SCV.in . Once you have balance in your account, you can now call customer care on 044-30717171 and ask them to add the channels which you want instantly without calling your LCO and just by paying the amount which you want( through top up)online. this will avoid confusion as your LCO may add some other channel than the one which you wanted.
