Discussion How to downgrade Tata Play Binge+ box to normal HD box? I am fed up with it's slowness

HELLO, Can anybody help me to provide the procedures for changing my tata play binge+ box to Normal HD BOX, I am fed up with this binge box due to its slowness , Starting time for it to switch on is almost 2 minutes and lagging also..I did factory reset several times but the problem not solved..please help me

TATA PLAY CC team saying that there is no option to downgrade the box

Agree the initial boot of box is slow. But do you completely power off the box after each use? Better let it stay on.

Use without internet connection then it will be usable still you don't want this box there is only 2 options are there
*Buy new connection
*Request for multi tv connection/secondary box, after installation of that secondary box call customer care and ask swap the boxes like make secondary box as primary box and primary box as secondary box and lastly cancel/disconnect the secondary connection
