Seeking Help How to Recording USB in Dish Smrt Hub ?

Dear Sir
Hii

No Red and Green light power from Dish HD tru with Recorder USB last Thurday.

Yesterday, Dishtv Service called me that Dish TV Customer Care asked We are Sorry that New Dish HD Tru Plus is not avilable in all India....

I am sad with Dish HD Tru Plus is best and bought in April 2013....

Upgrade Dish Smrt Hub for Rs.2499 and Recording for Rs.30 per month from Dish HD Tru Plus today...
It has paid at 1 pm at today.

My dish Smrt Hub is active at 4.45 pm today.
Recording is activated at 5.10 pm today....

Please help, How to Recording USB in Dish Smrt Hub ?
