How to Watch Pak Channels in India

Hello can anybody tell me how to setup a STB to watch Pak channels like Cartoon Network Pakistan and others?

@ToonPlex for normal Pakistani news channels you can watch on normal dish but for drama cartoons nd film channels in Pakistan you need decoders which frankly no one in India is selling . Maybe @dreambox.pk can shed more light on it
