Howto add 2 free language packs online ?

Hi Guys,

I could not find any thread running on the similar subject, hence have created a new one. Apologies in case there is already a thread running on this.

1)I wanted to know if I can add 2 free language packs online. If yes, then how.

I always have to call up the CC to get them added.

2)In case I add some free language packs by calling up the CC, then can I remove them and add some other free language pack online?

It would be great if someone can assist me on this.

P.S. : I am a Mega pack user.
 
As far as I know, it's not possible. We need to call cc.

thanks bro, the CC says that it is possible but are unable to help me as to how to do it.
