Called back from cc to me , it is happening due to few fixes in Active service for SD STB.

They have reasons behind it. Transfer feature didn't succeed so the box might discontinued and new advanced features box with better software will be launched. This will be big heart breaking for transfer box customer who paid 9k for the hardware. Hope soon they open up regarding it.
