I have 2 Tatasky connections Tatasky HD and Tatasky SD with 1 Dish TruHD+ .. so decided to remove HD Access fee and the HBO Combo annual pack .. as i gave TS HD Connection to my friend .. he is using only SD .. I Talked to CC and they told as HBO Combo annual pack is active in my account the system is not allowing to remove the HD Access fee add on pack.. after few minutes of discussion they took a complaint from me.. also said that they will inform the related Tech team to look for my compalint..
Few minutes later i again called CC ..they connected to senior official.. after some discussions She gave me assurance of doing the needfull but didnt confirmed the balance anmount can be added to my account as its one time deduction in all Annual subscriptions.. if we remove then we will loose the balance amount..
In 3 hours i got a message from them about dropping of HBO annual pack from my account .. Strangely the balance amout about 770/- was added to my account ..
later dropped my HD Access pack by logging to mytatasky.com.
So now i am using Dish TruHD+ only with Tatasky SD connection .
