I recharged.pack isn't working

I recharged 2500 cc guys r playing games activating deativating I activated platinum pack 1448 for parent and child 800 they activated in child platinum pack and on parent they dint actvated sent sevaral mails and inbox in Fb also no reply they deducted 2500 with no reason cc say network busy frm 2 days now with out info they activated max pack for both Stb
