I want d2h stream box how apply

Hii I will call customer care but customer care person told only apply email....but iam many mail send but no reply receive....d2h website I will book upgrade box still wait my complaint....d2h app will send mail same no receive reply....but my dealer keep many d2h stream box in hand....dealer told customer care person told only I will give this box... .
Any other option available
