I want to add Ten HD only. What should i do?

One of my freind want to add Ten HD only on his TS HD. He is not willing to go for Ten Combo. But in ala carte ive seen only Ten Sports, Ten Action and Ten Cricket channels. Now which channel i need to to activate for getting the opportunity of seeing Ten HD?

He is in Grand Sports Pack with HD Access fee.

None of the above because if you take any of the channels then also ten :hd will not be subscribed.
You need to subscribe ten :hd as a-la carte

But friend we live in Bangladesh. So there is no SMS activation from here and i dont see Ten HD on the list of ala carte. So what is the option for me?

I understand that. As Mega costs 625 per month basis. But in Bangladesh customers don't opted for Mega usually as because there is no warranty service available here. So in case of any trouble your Mega money is going to be MEGA waste.
