Increase in Addon Price

Friends,

Did you notice that d2h has increased the price of every addon pack by 5 Rs...Example Kids Addon was available for Rs 25 + Tax..the same is available now for 30 + Tax... Also, was informed that any addon taken on primary account will still billed separately for secondary account under multiroom...
this is ridiculous !

Have they informed this to all their customers? Website is updated or not? Isn't this a huge increase. :wall

Strange, website is updated..However, no information is ever sent to any customer regarding this increase or multiroom addon charge ever. Looking at INR 5, we may think it's less but overall increase has been quite good..example Kids Addon was earlier available for 25 + Tax (10.5%) = 27.64 now it is available for 33.69 i;e 30+12.36%. This addon cost is now 30 RS so the increase seems less however, looking at high value addon's, the amount goes up
