It is a testing channel. You can't see test channels on DTH box. Since channel is FTA he tracked through FTA STB.

It is getting tested on IDTV satellite.

I have cleared you, test channels of DTHs can be checked through FTA (for your info: Free To Air) set top box but still you didn't accepted.

Can this channal really added.? I am knowing all test channels which using band or other devices. I am ask you can independent tv given you any details like agreements or other documents for this channal. This is using as usual illegal pids soon good removed. Add this post satellite and channel section.
