iTv network already have English News channel "NewsX" so no need of India News English .

At first they should distribute their current 12 channels in dth platforms. Itv network regional channels are exclusively available only on tata sky dth.Let them distribute their existing channels properly before expanding
I don't think, it will get added on one of the leading dth.
If they can not distribute their current channels in dth platforms because of money. Then it's not a good decision to launch a new channel.
