Hello everyone,

We’re thrilled to announce a major enhancement to our forum’s login experience - the introduction of Single Sign-On (SSO) feature!

What is Single Sign-On (SSO)? 🔑

SSO is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate with multiple applications and websites by using just one set of credentials. This means that once you log in to your forum account using our sister-forum account, you can access multiple applications within our platform without having the need of maintaining separate credentials for each one.

Note: You need to have an account on the OnlyTech forum and must be logged in to the same browser to enable SSO with your DreamDTH account.

How to use SSO?

  • Click on username, it will open 'Your account' dropdown. Then, select Connected accounts from the menu. Alternatively, you can go directly to the Connected accounts page by clicking here.

  • It will redirect you to OnlyTech SSO authentication page. Click on the Authorize button to proceed.

  • After Authorizing OnlyTech SSO, you will retrun to DreamDTH Connected accounts page. Enter your DreamDTH forum password and click Associate.

Now your OnlyTech forum account has been associated with your DreamDTH forum account.

When logging in, select OnlyTech option and you'll be automatically authenticated based on your OnlyTech login status.

Tip: To associate your both forum accounts, you will need to perform these steps on both forums individually.

How to revoke your granted SSO application access?

If you want to revoke your connected SSO application access with your DreamDTH forum account, visit 'Your account' page, navigate to the Connected accounts section, select Disassociate [SSO] account, and click Confirm disassociation. This will disable your SSO on the DreamDTH forum.

You can also view the list of applications that you have authorized to access your account by visiting the ‘Your account’ page and navigating to the Applications section. Alternatively, you can go directly to the Applications page by clicking here. Further, you can click the ‘Revoke’ button to remove access to the application.
