Is AXN HD available in Super Gold + HD Access??

Hello friends
I have question about AXN HD

I am Using Super Gold Package with 3M of HD Access (subscribed at 250Rs. From website some days back)

I am getting All 13 HD channels showing on website. Plus one more HD channel that Getting is AXN HD.
So is it part of package?
Any reason that getting AXN HD?

Any other User getting AXN HD in Super Gold package with HD Access Fee.
Customer care saying it is not part of Super Gold+HD Access

Yes, not part of tht pack!

Strange! Technically it is possible but as per HD Access policy, only the HD channel whose SD version is there in your base pack alone can be viewed.

And Actived that channel (AXN :HD)

As Base Pack + Al-la-carte

When AXN HD Added I Also Getting This Channel In Super Gold+HD Access/HD Add On
But After Some Days It Not Coming.


Some Days Ago I get Some HD Or SD Premium Channel.
When I Have Downgrade Packege From Platinum HD To Super Gold(Without HD Access/HD Add On).
After Some Days One by one It Closed.

After Some Days One by one It Closed.

I too experienced this. Actually the automatic refresh command for different channels come at various times. Some time long duration to refresh automatically, maybe server problem.
One thing to be noted is that turn off STB during online downgrading. This will miss the first refresh command.

I think D2h follow Tatsky's HD Access policy for their Add-on ,like Get HD version & SD in single Add-on !
