Is Dish TV Testing A HD Channel?

Yesterday I Have Found That Dish TV Testing A Channel In In The Name Of Test-3, And In That Transponder Rest Of Them Are HD Channels, That's Made Me To Conclude That This Channel May Be A HD,

They Dont Have To TEST, They Have Ample Space So They Directly ADD Channels... These TEST Channels Are Blank Channels From Which BBC Entertainment, CBeeBies Was Removed...

No it's a testing channel from some time but from today or may be from yesterday they started testing Fox Travller HD on Test 3 slot, just checked now,
I checked it four days back, that time it's showing blank screen.

What about Fta box, is signal coming on Fta box,
I have also same problem, my Fta box not showing Asiasat signal via mono-block Lnb, now I am using two lnb's, one for nss6 & 2nd for Asiasat 5.
