Is it possible to change Registered E-mail ID.?

I wanted to change my current E-mail ID to other ID
I doesn't Found any option to change mail ID on Videocon d2h official website
password reset, edit profile etc. Options are available but no option for changing E-mail ID

Called Customer Care, but they doesn't have any Idea
