I don't think so. You can call your region's Nodal Office though, and confirm with them about the availability of safe custody or putting a temporary hold on your wallet balance.

If they say no, which I suspect they will, your secondary option could be, to request them to Unsubscribe all of your Addons/a-la-carte channels, and then change your Base Pack to the MY FTA or NCF packs (~ only 50/month would be deducted from your wallet). You could opt to do this via the website or app as well.

Nodal Office Numbers:

Select "Nodal Officer" on the drop down menu at the top

Oh wow! I did not know about this. This is a really good option to have. Too bad though that they have it hidden under the drop down menus of Service Requests 🤷‍♀️

@trulylips Ignore my previous reply & follow @PowerStar's instructions. You can find this feature after logging into the website or app, and selecting the 'Register A Complaint' option under the 'Quick Access' section.

Raising SR and Status check are old & easily usable features of Sun Direct.

Yep, but that was not what I was referring to. Please read my post again. I was referring to the Safe Custody option, which should be a prominent feature under the Quick Access section. I would bet more than 90% of Sun Direct customers aren't aware of this feature, because:

1) It is not explicitly advertised as a feature.

2) It is not even explicitly present on the website's main recharge landing page, even after logging in. Like I had mentioned earlier, it is rather vaguely & inconspicuously hidden inside a Service Request's drop down menu.
