Is my d2h's signal level and quality good?

As i 'm experiencing freezing picture and sound quality is poor. So friends Please let me know do i need to realign dish..?

yes broo low signal quality and strenght may affect your picture freeging and sound quality kindly adjust ur didh in right postion by your self or you may call to customer care

signal quality - white - average (ok)
green - perfect

Yesterday d2h technician came and fixed the dish alignment, Now i'm getting good signal.
