Is Tatasky waiving NCF charges for second multi tv in the same house

Yesterday I added a channel on my primary TV and when I confirmed I found that the monthly charges were reduced.it was because the second multi tv charges were just RS.26.Ncf chgs were excluded. But in the main menu the old monthly charges was showing.i am wondering whether Tatasky is a offering a discount for those who have 2 multi TV's apart from the primary tv
 
No changes for NCF for 2nd TV, infact now they are charging Same as 1st connection, there is no discount
 
Maybe it is showing the second multi tv without NCF due to a software mistake. It shows only when I modify my pack. Otherwise includes NCF for both multi TV's
