Is TP 11600 H really cursed ?

I was wondering whether TP 11600H has something going against it. Quite a no. of channels that land up on this TP, are either removed or shut down their ops.
Here's a list of channels on that TP.

> Hallmark
> BBC Ent.
> Day n Night News
> India News
> Cbebbies
> Jeevan TV
> TV5 ( duplicate, original exists on a different TP)
> Airtel Movies 4
> 11 radio services
> Live India

I meant AIR -- all india radio, but these 23 are radio services from B1 to B22. I guess few of them (12) are taken up by Worldspace radio channels.

I made a slight mistake, AIR radio channels are on a different TP.
