Is Videocon D2H Can't Hire More TP's On ST-2?

Friends,

We've Been Discussing That D2H Will Hire Tp's In ST-2 In Order To Add Many Channels But Till Date That Didn't Happen!

Today I Was Searching Through Singtel ST-2 Site Then Found

That ST-2 K2 Beam Have Only 8 Tps, (In India We Can Able To Get This Beam Only)

Really I Have Got Shocked

Really Can't They Add More TPs, Experts Please Answer

I heard somewere that they can change the beam by change antenna direction/position of satellite. Only entire beam will be change.

In Case If That Failed Then D2H Have No Option Than Limiting It's Channels Count

ST-1 has started moving from 88e and is going in east direction.

Now, I m only guessing..... but, there has to be logic behind moving ST1 sat.
My guess, wud be that some other sat., wud take the place of ST1 @88e.

well st2 has 41 ku band transponders so plz elaborate how many transponders k1, k2 and k3 beam have. as per payload mentioned above, it comes to only 24, so i guess we don't know the reality and nowhere no. of transponders for each beam has been mentioned, only payload has been mentioned
