am subscribe tamil and malayalam as free language topup's....

i explained to cusomercare people about jmovie & megatv is a part of tamil2 topup,so remove malayalam topup and add tamiltopup2 with tamil topup1,,,,

but they said megatv&jmovie is part of tamil lifetime free topup,so when i said update tht pck to sep 2013...am getting that new channels but all other channels those part of tamiltopup1 removed from my connection...

then i again raised this issue to customercare but they said it takes today evening to update new channels......

i dont know who is right???

airtel website or cc peoples...

finally am tensed with their service morning itself.....
