tatasky not interested to add any Bengali channel. Rest of bengali channel are poor condition to paid carriage fee & tatasky not interest to add FTA channel. So now No Expectation.

I think DTH wants to add channels but not at free of cost or just because channels is becoming popular.
They want some money so thats why they are forming cartels now...
Regional channels are increasing in numbers & popularity. But it is much easier to flex muscles for regional channels if cartel is formed.
Some times DTH are spreading rumours about the regional channels to discourage people so as to affect their demand for such channel.
