Jaya TV Group is nothing but Mavis Satcom Pvt Ltd. Mavis Satcom Pvt Ltd is the name they are using for all their transactions and licensing.

This time the notice is from the TV channel group not from D2H.

Seems issue is on pricing. First D2H put pressure on JAYA TV by moving them into a la crate , now JAYA TV is putting pressure on D2H.
