Terms and Conditions

“Tata Sky Jingalala Saturdays Actve Music Offer” is a promotion offered on Tata Sky, wherein Tata Sky Subscribers, having an active account status as defined herein below, subscribing to the Actve Music Pack ("Actve Music Pack") on 07 September, 2013 between 12:00 am to 23:59:59 pm shall be entitled to enjoy the first month subscription for just Rs 3.

The Offer is in addition to the existing offers available from Tata Sky Ltd. and the Offer is available only on the Offer Day.

All Tata Sky Subscribers (hereinafter referred to as “You”) who avail of this Offer shall be bound by the following terms and conditions, in addition to the terms and conditions stipulated in the subscription contract that has been signed by you:

Definitions

"Active account status" means a positive account balance in your Subscriber Account on the Offer Day.

"Offer Day": 07 September, 2013 commencing from 12:00 AM to 23:59:59 PM

“Subscribers” means a person who agrees to the terms and conditions for availing Tata Sky’s services for domestic purposes.

Eligibility

Anyone else who may be involved with the Promotion; and
Subscribers already holding Actve Music Pack
Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.

You may avail the Offer by subscribing to the Actve Music Pack @ Rs 3 for the 1st month on the Offer Day by any of the following ways:

Tata Sky website: By logging on to DTH India - Jingalala Saturdays Actve Music Offer
Helpline: By calling the Tata Sky helpline.
No two offers can be clubbed to avail this Offer
Post subscribing to Actve Music Pack, you will have to press Actve button on Tata Sky remote and select Actve Music to view the Channel. You can also tune-in to the service by going to Ch 650.
After the completion of the first month, the Actve Music pack will continue to be charged at the rate as applicable at the time.
Tata Sky reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Promotion or to withdraw it completely.
Tata Sky will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Promotion caused by events beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network etc.
