@Pugazhbalaji These bids are also called REVERSE AUCTIONS. We have to bid low and unique.

For eg. If 1st person bids Rs.1, second person bids Rs.10, 3rd person bids Rs.0.50, and 4th person also bids Rs.0.50
Now the lowest unique bid is Rs.1 and the first person wins.
