1.my initial package can be downgraded or no.
2 . what is the password for installation menu.
3.ala carte is easy to activate or no.

1) You can downgrade your package after free viewing period...In a calender month you can upgrade the package any no. of times but can downgrade only once...

2) Password for installation menu is 1234...

3) You can activate a-la-carte by SMS, by calling CC or by yourself by creating a/c on videocond2h.com...
