Jothi TV channel 3021 removed from D2h, it is showing screenshot as channel removed by broadcaster

did any one able to view jothi tv after contacting customer care, in my zing box it is showing as channel removed from broadcaster end.

Still showing signal not available,

Channel officially said "Contact d2h Customer Care" so it's a technical problem from d2h side,
If channel want to left from d2h, then why they released official statement.

Jothi tv channel is required for us.
If cost is the issue then it is upto the customer to decide whether to subscribe or not for that channel.
The channel must be made available from d2h side.
