Joy pack recharge offers doubt

I have an offer for joy pack 99rs for one year 1188 and 30days free. For 2 years @2376 90 days free. But i have a doubt. My pack is joy pack with tamil regional pack addon. 99+50=149rs. But this offer shows for 99rs only recharge. If i pay 1188rs i will get 6 months validity or 1year validity
