Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan won top honours at the Star Screen 2016 awards that was held on 8th January 2016
Ranveer Singh’s stellar performance in Bajirao Mastani won him the best actor award, which he shared with Amitabh Bachchan who got it Piku. Irrfan Khan won the jury’s choice award for the Best Actor in Talvar, while Kalki got the award in the female category for Margarita With A Straw. Best Director award went to Kabir Khan, while the Best Film went to Talvar. Deepika Padukone also accepted the award on behalf of her Bajirao Mastani co-star Priyanka Chopra, while Karan Johar accepted the award of behalf of dear friend, SRK. Bajrangi Bhaijaan got the Best Film – Popular Choice award.
