Yes Brother,in dth now it is available only in d2h.
I hope it is soon add on airtel.I think Mathrubhumi network and airtel have good relation because in dth Mathrubhumi News is first add on airtel.I think may be cariage fee is an issue,I hope airtel and Mathrubhumi soon solve the issue.

I think Indiavision yes channel is same genre. But they haven't tried any marketing strategies. And this channel not yet available in any dth platforms.

That is my hope Brother but if Mathrubhumi Network launch a new GEC I am sure that it make a good competition for Asianet,Surya&Mazhavil Manorama.
