Two of the cases going on between the All India Digital Cable Federation (AIDCF) and the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) have been adjourned by the Kerala High Court to February 28, according to media reports.
The Kerala HC had earlier passed an interim order asking TRAI not to take precipitative steps detrimental to the interest of AIDCF.
On February 4, the HC had adjourned the hearing to February 18.
AIDCF moved the Kerala High Court on January 8 and filed a petition against NTO 2.0.
Meanwhile, the Bombay High Court has adjourned the NTO 2.0 case to February 26.
