What a mess, even if someone offers DAS cable for Rs 10 cant enter TN as someone will stop them (Atleast they have Arasu that offers quality cable service at Rs 70), and even if someone offers DAS (all channels) + STB for as low as one time payment of Rs 1600 for one complete year cant enter Chennai as some monopoly will stop them.

Either Chennai people have to move to some DTH or run out of TN to have a quality cable service.

When Chennai MSO is offering just 30 - 40 selected list of their own channels and don't even want to add some free channels, any other MSO is simply superb.
