#LiveYourDream Contest Facebook - Terms and Conditions
Here are the Term & Conditions for the #LiveYourDream Contest:
1. Videocon d2h is organizing a #LiveYourDream contest.
2. The contest will be held on April 13, 2015.
3. The Contest is open to the residents of India, who have liked our Facebook page
.
4. Participants must post in the comments section.
5. Only entries containing the #LiveYourDream will be valid.
6. Contest winners will be selected at random by an in-house team from amongst the valid entries.
7. Videocon d2h reserves the right to add, modify, delete any clause or withdraw/suspend the contest anytime without any prior notice to anyone.
8. The decision on selection of winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances of whatsoever nature
9. Videocon d2h will not be responsible for re-imbursement of cash in lieu of gifts/rewards.
10. There will be only two winners from the Facebook Contest.
11. Employees, spouses or children of employees, representatives,vendors, or others who derive income in any way from Videocon d2h are excluded from winning or participating in contests.
12. Winners grant the permission to allow Videocon d2h to post photograph or video of them receiving their prize and to use this digital imagery on any and all of Videocon d2h's promotional materials.
13. Prizes are not transferable. Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of Videocon d2h management.
14. Facebook and Twitter are neither sponsors nor affiliates of this contest.
15. Videocon d2h reserves the right to disqualify any entry for the contest if it can trace the entry to fake accounts.
16. Participants are requested to strictly follow the rules and regulations of the contest. Failing to do so may result in not considering your entry for the contest
17. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules which shall be final in all respect
18. Winners will have to do their own travel arrangements to and from the chosen venue of the IPL match
