lost my password for dishtv application....

I have an account in dishtv's website since 2008 but I have forgot my password.
Now when I want to change my password the recovery code is sent to my email address...
And when I check my mail I don't find any mail in the inbox.
What might be the problem then ?

I checked spam folder as well ... nothing there too.
I uploaded the email id afresh via 57575 to the Dishtv website, and received the message that the email id has been successfully updated.
And again when I try to recover my password, I can't find any mail in my Email inbox in spite of the Dishtv website texting that the message has been successfully sent to your email Id.
May I call the Customer Care now ?

Go ahead confirm your email ID from CC then ask the necessary steps from them and solve it :k
