Madhur Bhandarkar is still healing from the shock that he got with the shelving of his film Heroine. His most ambitious project has been shelved for the time being. So the filmmaker decided to visit Golden Temple to pray for his film.
Madhur expressed his feelings after his dream project got shelved due to its lead actress Aishwarya's pregnancy. It can be recalled that Madhur has been working on this film since last one and half years. Before Ash, he wanted to cast Kareena Kapoor for the title role but she had reservations doing the film. After that it was reported that Katrina was eager to do the film. But Madhur thought Ash would suit in the character and approached her.
The director had to wait for months to get her consent, which is believed to have happened after making few changes in the script. Now after all the odds, when Madhur started shooting Heroine, the news of Ash's pregnancy became a reason to shelve the film. It seems Madhur's most ambitious project got jinxed for some reasons. The noted filmmaker is on a devotional trip to pray for his film.
Hope his film starts soon. After all the show must go on
