Thiruvananthapuram: The auspicious entry of Mangalam Publications into the visual media space of journalism will be marked by the launch of Mangalam TV Channel on March 1 at Hotel Taj Vivanta, Vazhuthacaud.
The Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy will release the channel logo while the Opposition Leader V.S Achuthananthan will be the chief guest of the inauguration function.
The function will be presided over by Mangalam Chief Editor Sabu Varghese. Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala, former Union Minister O.Rajagopal, KPCC President V.M Sudheeran, CPI State Secretary Kaanam Rajendran, and poet Sugathakumari will felicitate the function. The Mangalam Managing Director Sajan Varghese and CEO R. Ajith Kumar will also speak at the event which will be attended by dignitaries from across the political, social and cultural spectrum of the state.
