Many channels not available in Ala Carte on Hathway Pune

Here in Pune Star Sports 1 HD , Star Sports 1 Select HD and many Zee channels are not available on Ala Carte.
Is anybody facing the similar issue?

Also in broadcaster bouquets Times bouquet is not there and only single bouquet option in ZEE.
