An update of mBOSS App has been released. Good news is that now retailer can assist the customers in getting their plan updated as per the NTO.
Three simple steps.
Log in using OTP
Select the plan
Confirm
Process Flow:
Retailer logs in to mBOSS
Select Recharge and Customer Info
Enter the account number
App will take you to the Customer Details page. On top of the page WATCH WHAT YOU LIKE banner is available
Click on WATCH WHAT YOU LIKE banner
App will now ask for customer's ID or registered mobile number. After entering the customer's ID or registered mobile number, click on GET ONE TIME PASSWORD (OTP)
OTP is sent to customer RTN. Enter the OTP.
Now Change Current Plan screen will be displayed.
Select the plan for the customer using Airtel Recommended Packs or Broadcaster Bouquet or Ala-Carte menu.
Confirm.
