MTV Indies has been taken off from all DTH and the channel is shutting down from broadcaster, Hence this has nothing to do with merging.

As per my personal opinion, MTV Indies is uselsss. MTV Beats is far better than this useless channel. They are making correct decision by removing this useless channel. Better replace this with a popular music channel
