MUST SEE : very great experience by tata sky CC.

Yesterday was my deu date but i cant recharge . Today when my i recharged my account online. Also i got a msg from my bank that amount has been transfered to bill desk. When i check my tata sky account it not credited.
I call tata sky they give info that your recharge is in pending mode, then i called secondely and said that i recharge to watch ICL t20 then he discuss with his senior[i have experience of vodafone cc, i work in vodafone cc, when critical condition agent need of senior] and credited my account with ₹17. What a great experience of tata sky. This is the service of tata sky that people like it.

This always happens and only happens in tatasky.

i had a similar experience a while ago. i was on the old annual south starter pack with annual cosmo as addon. someone called me from cc on the day when my base pack was to expire and said that they have launched the new truchoice packs and suggested me to go for a tru choice. and i agreed.

i asked about the cosmo addon. because almost 6 months were still remaining on that pack and i paid 450pa for that. first he said that he will give the refund for the remaining months of the cosmo pack. but after changing my base pack, the addon also got deactivted and he couldnt process the refund.

he felt sorry for the issue and activated all the channels that were part of cosmo pack as a-la-carte to me for one month for free and said that one of his senior will call me back. i got call the next day and they did a manual refund close to Rs.290 (interestingly they calculated the price of cosmo pack as Rs.45pm, although i said that i paid only Rs.450pa)

And also i have very bad experience by dish tv. I leave dish tv only for bad experience in deactive my mod pack. Even i not get respond from nodal desk. Dish tv is worst dth.

This always happens and only happens in Dishtv also, Last Month Same Condition With me And Dishtv CC Activate my Vc For three Days.
Yesterday Airtel CC Activate Value Sports Pack Rs.200 Per month For one year At Rs.1100, Rs.1300 Discount Without Any Reason only customer Request that i Can't Afford More then Rs.1100 yearly . :shy
