Seeking Help My D-6005HD STB Not workong

Hai Guys,
My Dishtv D-6005 HD zenega DishHD+ stopped working from Morning...Only Showing Red LED always after switching ON.

Tried pressing Power button,But no response.Contacted CC they are saying a Technical visit is needed.Should i go with it...? Any suggestions?

I swapped my Dish nxt HD box about 6 months ago @ ₹ 450 + ₹ 150 visiting charges.
