My Dish Tv HD Stuck

Hi.. I've Dish Tv Tru HD Box Zenega D6000. There is some problem whenever I change the Channel it Takes probably 1 mint. to change. The remote as well doesn't work properly and even when i don't use remote and change the channel from the receiver It does the same thing.. It gets stuck. Can you please help me in this?

Do resetting u r stb before resetting it erase ur flash es

menu--stb info--setup---system setup----erase flash fs

ur problem will solve

easy setup press menu button for 15to 30 sec then go system setup----erase flash
